We can't say how happy we are with Wagner's work. We had two insurance claims from blowouts and one warranty item for an incorrect floor install in our Keystone Montana HC. The rig is literally better than the day we bought it.

Wagners was fantastic in helping us with a brake controller issue when our local dealer would not. Joe was accommodating to what we needed. We can't thank him enough for helping us out!

The vendor who was representing them at the Outdoor Show in Harrisburg, PA was very rude to us and others when we asked questions. Seemed he didn't want to be bothered. Not a pleasant experience. Found a nice RV from them, but will be purchasing elsewhere.
