Completely out of everything that was ordered on door dash, and then exceptionally rude when told we were there foe pickup. Stating that they didnt have the order and then refused to acknowledge that we were the people who placed it until shown the app and drivers license. Not sure what i expected from a store out front of an xxx adult place but it was exactly the service i shouldve. Dont go. Do us a favor and shut down.

Terrible customer service. I have to wait for 20 minutes just for someone to come and take my order. Then, after my order, it's takes them an additional 30 minutes just to make the items.

Literally been in this store for about 30 minutes. I paid 15 minutes ago (took 15 to just pay)... now, I'm sitting here watching them serve the drive through people and not one person has scooped a single scoop of ice cream! We just complained, 5 minutes ago, still no scoop. Not a one. This place is like this EVERY TIME we come here. We give chances after every few months... still garbage. How are they still I'm business?? How has corporate not corrected this??

Horrible customer service.Just hire some more workers at BR. I thought it was going to change since my last visit which was about 4 months ago, but no. Same thing, I literally stood there for about 30 minutes just to get some service on the ice cream.

Waited 15 min. before someone waited on me. We’re taking care of call in customers that came in after me. Very disorganized.

The young lady was very professional treated my son very nicely he special needs so he has hard time to choose what auction he wants she was patient and caring offered him to try things first before he would make his decision this was our first visit definitely going to come back for more ice cream thank you

I went to order a container of ice cream to go. Three of three registers had signs that said next register please . A lady finally told me I could at this register but she could not help me. Four times I asked if anyone working could help me as I saw at least two other people in the back. All she kept saying was “I can’t help you” every time I asked if anyone could help me. I went across the street to DQ where they apparently do have employees who can help customers.Never going back!

Lights are on and has employees inside but they said they “closed at 9” and everything says open till 10. So good job paying people to keep the lights on while not serving people

I don't usually do this, but today I went through the drive-thru line with only two cars ahead of me and it took me 10 minutes to get to the window. All I had ordered was an ice cream cone. Once I paid for my order I was told to pull over into a parking space and they would bring my order out to me. When I questioned that I only ordered a ice cream cone she said they were extremely busy. So I pulled into a parking space and I sat there watching them feel three orders in the cars behind me. I found this unexplainable, so I went inside to ask for my money back and there was a young man feeling an order which turned out to me my ice cream cone but he was moving at a snail's pace. I know people are understaffed and things are hard right now across the board but I'm sorry I just can't find that acceptable.

Not very accurate service or speed. Been twice and compared to other DDs, very slow in service. The staff are very friendly and apologetic for incorrect orders.

This place is SLOW... 1 car ahead of us in the drive thru and they were already at the speaker. 17 minutes from when I stopped in line until we got our order. Our order was 1 drink and the lady ahead of us got two cups of ice cream. I could understand if they were busy but that was ridiculous. On the other hand my fiancee said her drink was delicious so I'll add a star to what I was originally going to give.
