“Kyla, the branch manager at this location, is the one who got me in the door. I was a customer of hers when she worked at a different (now-defunct) financial institution. After that bank closed, I had been unable to find someone so thorough and so organized to work with on my banking needs. Now-a-days, I love stopping into the branch in general, and have had a pleasant experience with everyone each time, but it's always extra special when Kyla is in-office and we get to chat for a few minutes.”
