Tonight was the best steak sub we ever received. This cook even remembered the pickle, which we had not received the last 3 times. Kudos to the cook tonight. The girls working out front were so nice and friendly. Service was all around excellent tonight !!

The overnight attendants have no idea how i can redeem my carwash for The everwash automatic carwash subscription that this store has advertised for.I literally purchased the subscription and it gave me a QR code for them to scan, yet they have no idea how to use it.I want to be clear that the employees are as helpful and kind as can be, but its very wrong for a company to advertise car wash memberships and allow people to pay for them without properly training each and every shift how to redeem such codes.

Was having issues in the soft touch car wash. Not only did the inside employees give me a code to rewash, the attendant Woody who was running the ouside wash, scrubbed the front of my car and allowed me to run through again to ensure the car was completely clean...AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE

This location has to have the rudest employees. They act like you're bothering them when you step up to pay. I've heard them numerous times cussing in front of customers. If you have no respect for yourself at least have some for your customers. After all you wouldn't have a paycheck if it wasn't for customers.

3rd time getting dried up chicken at this location. 2nd time had to wait 34 minutes because someone came in (after me ) and ordered 50 pc chicken so they made 4 people wait. If I hadn’t already paid I wouldn’t have waited. My husband was in the van with a handicapped child and was furious. If they don’t straighten up we will no longer stop there. New young boy was waiting on me and he was embarrassed and trying hard to explain the holdup. Awful dry chickenThe rest of ac&t aren’t as bad

Insane manager. Embarrassing behavior from management. Came in and the manager was harrassing an employee about being 2 minutes. Really?? Two minutes and you have to throw a tantrum in front of customers? Embarrassing.

This place is a little out of the way for me for food (about a 40 minute round trip), but I am still usually happy to make it because their food is good and it's the only place that I know of that I can get fried chicken gizzards. I haven't been in a while and I had a taste for some gizzards, so I just got back from a trip down. I ordered my usual chicken gizzard dinner. 40 minutes and 10$ round trip for a nice meal but when I got home, they had given me chicken livers (which I cannot stand). A completely wasted trip to be served the entirely wrong part of the chicken. I doubt I ever go back after a mistake like this. It's one thing to miss a topping on a burger or pizza. That's a mistake that I can understand and accept, but how do you serve a customer the wrong cut of meat?

I love this little fuel stop. I've never seen Subway in there but they have an amazing restaurant. Two diesel pumps. No parking but enough room to get in and out, right next door to a small shopping center with Food Lion.

Rude employees I called asking about if they had a carton of a certain brand of cigarettes. The woman was name Bethany or Beverly anyways I hear her ask another employee and the other employee told her i normally just hang up. I get some places can’t tell you but that’s all you had to say. Not tell me to hold on and place me on hold for five mines and never come back to the line when the cigarettes are literally just a few feet away.
