Clean, well lit. Chunky rocks in front of unit(s) are difficult to "walk on" underfoot. From Route 250, when preparing to turn down into facility, be sure to use signal and give drivers behind you warning of your turning intentions. Can be dicey pulling back out onto Route 250.
