The one on Merchant St was supposed to be open but when I got there at 1:15pm the inside doors were locked. I tried calling the local phone number and it is inoperable. The only number available is the main number that connects to an automated service that is absolutely useless for what I was needing at the time.

When I tried calling, not only did I have to deal with ridiculous prompts but then they wouldn't hang up the phone after for the survey I didn't want to take part in. They really didn't want me to do the survey. I'm sure. So I couldn't make any phone calls that I needed to make sure at least 5 mins. That's ridiculous!

Service is always spot on and staff is knowledgeable about products and services. Building may be dated but that doesn't effect service.

Tried calling. After 5 mins of ridiculous automated prompts, said I had a 47 min wait to speak to the agent at the post office. No wonder the post office is going bankrupt.
