I always dread dealing with technology. Upgrading two phones recently with US Cellular went very smoothly thanks to Joren Cloutier’s patience, and knowledge. He went above and beyond with his customer service! US Cellular is lucky to have him as an employee.

Joren and the gang are complete rockstars. Twice in the last 6 months I’ve come in there completely flabbergasted and overwhelmed by my technology problems and they have been so calm cool collected and above all, friendly and informative. The sweet new girl helped me as well tonight and last time it was the super awesome dude sitting next to Joren. Thank you for not making me feel stupid and for letting me in 2 minutes before closing. Y’all are the best!

Absolute rip off service. If you have US Cellular, do not visit this Fairmont location. Agents do not know policies of upgrades and trade ins and ended up having me pay $388 on an upgrade that I should have had to pay $0 for. This was different than what I was told at the Grafton location. They only sent me to the Fairmont location because the Grafton store didn’t have any of the iPhone 15 models in. Once in Fairmont, I was told that we could not swap phones and use my upgrade for my son’s phone without first paying $388. So reluctantly, I paid the $388. After contacting the corporate US Cellular customer service team, I was informed that the Fairmont location incorrectly applied the promotion, and indeed I should’ve not had to pay any money for the upgrade and phone swap. They offered to credit my account $50 for the inconvenience (which is a long way from $388) and would reach out to the manager of the Fairmont location and let him know they were incorrect in their application of the promotion. She also recommended that in the future we use the Clarksburg location which is a corporate store and not these procom stores. Doesn’t give me the $ I’m out back, and the worst part was the manager called down to the Grafton location in front of us, and was talking about us to the Grafton manager. Very unprofessional and rude.

I recently went to establish a new phone service with US Cellular. There were 2 young men who assisted me. Both were stellar. They knew there products and how they functioned at an expert level. They told me of this fantastic deal with the Google Pixel 7pro.. unfortunately, they didn't have the phone. I went to Morgantown and they were also just as proficient as the Fairmont store. Much to my dismay they were out of this phone. I called the store in Clarksburg and they did have it. I immediately drove to Clarksburg and went to purchase the phone and I wanted to take it back to Fairmont since the young man was so helpful and I know they get commissions. Immediately, there seemed to be a problem with me wanting the individual who told me about the sale..allowing him to get HIS commission. I wanted the deal, but I felt this was underhandedness toward a fellow employee. I called the young man who was waiting for me to return for him to sign me up. Long story short, the Clarksburg store refused to sell me the phone, unless I signed up with them. The salesman in Fairmont told me it's ok, I need the phone and not to worry about his commission. So I reluctantly bought the phone at the sale price..in full. I asked for pay as you go and asked for unlimited everything. However, that is not what I got. I paid 2 months in advance. The manager was hell bent on pulling my credit report. I told him absolutely not!! It is not necessary since the phone is paid in full and I had purchased a month to month. I had to tell this underhanded individual 3 times that he will not pull my credit report!! I signed for month to month unlimited everything. And left. I actually received unlimited talk and text but only 2gb of data. I stopped into the Fairmont store and asked what had happened. The individual who was working that day was honest. I was told that the all unlimited plan cost more. And my data will slow significantly when gone. Also my phone drops frequently to LTE and I wondered why, since this is the reason for me going to us cellular. I was told that month to month plans are not prioritized and will be bumped. To those people who had the regular service. I kid you not!! I wanted to bump my month to month service to unlimited. I was told that I have to call on the day of my next months bill and upgrade since no prorated option exists. The reason for my high review is strictly due to the professional people and experience I had in Fairmont and Morgantown. The Clarksburg store.. well let's just leave it as stated. Come to find out, the stores in Fairmont and Morgantown are franchises and the one in Clarksburg is a corporate store...humm. I highly recommend the stores in Fairmont and Morgantown. Clarksburg would elicit a drive to Fairmont or Morgantown. I'm not sure who the owner of Fmt/My but if it were me.. I would have something to discuss with corporate..after all a broken leg on a table causes the table to topple over.

We were in the store today. It was very crowded with customers and only one worker. Joren Clotier was great with everyone. He was selling phones, taking payments, fixing phones all while a man was talking his ear off for a half hour about his personal life. Joren was so polite to listen but still serve everyone else. He deserves a raise! Thank you Joren!

I stopped in to my local store today as I was having problems with my phone. I was greeted by Ryan right away who looked at my phone and handed it off to John. They both were so courteous, understanding, and helpful. They resolved my problem and sent me on my way. Great customer service guys! Thank you for all the help!!
