Stopped in today (4/19 @ 3:30) for an Amazon return. Young girl in yoga pants refused a return to Amazon saying this return was required to be inside another box.
She tried to sell me a box and packing service that would have been about 2/3 the cost of the merchandise.
Needless to say, I went back home. Calling Amazon, found out your employee was WRONG. No additional packaging required. Amazon refunded my purchase and allowed me to keep the merchandise.
The Amazon representative was given the store number & address of the UPS Store.
Definitely the staff needs training about Amazon returns and NOT trying to rip off the public.

Tried to charge me $110 to ship a 5lb package. Needles to say I left and shipped it through usps for $30 instead. Possibly almost got scammed.

The workers at this store are always rude. I went today to do an Amazon return, and I asked if I had the right barcode. The associate quickly looked and said nope that’s not it and dismissed me even quicker. So to the brunette lady working..retail/customer service might not be your calling.

Lady in black glasses always has an attitude, I sometimes hate working with the public myself as I know it can be stressful at times. Maybe she needs another job away from the public.

A couple weeks ago I was in a bind because I thought I purchased my daughter's wedding shower invitations from Etsy but I only ended up getting the digital file. That was on me, I didn't read it clearly. I went to the ups store and the cashier told me to talk to Sara and she went out of her way to take care of me. Not only did she say she could help, she pointed out a mistake, was able to fix it, printed and cut the invites, bookmarks, and even printed a large sign for the party recreating the theme of the Etsy invitation! I can't stop thinking about it and told everyone I know and I will have her design my other daughter's baby shower things so I don't have to deal with something online. thanks so much Sara!

Very helpful and pleasant. Will be using them exclusively now as the USPS lost a lab sample of a product that the order will be a 1.7 million dollar deal. It was going 116 miles north of me but ended up in Albuquerque NM for 3 days now it is lost in zeilinople PA outside of Pittsburgh. UPS will have the second sample there Monday.
