We had such a great experience with Mark Raddish. He was so patient and helpful as we toured multiple campers and he took the time to find others that fit our checklist and budget. I would highly recommend asking for him to help you on the RV journey!

Purchased a used camper from them. Was told they do a big inspection and have top of the line used stuff. Picked it up and got it home and fridge wouldn’t cool and the microwave wouldn’t heat. Took it down they ordered parts. After multiple trips back and months later finally getting it fixed I decided to sell it. Was told that I could get the extended warranty I purchased refunded cause it wasn’t used. Months later I received a check for a portion of wgat it was supposed to be. All because they didn’t stand by their product. They used MY warranty to fix the faulty parts they sold me.

Great variety and nice sales team...it's after that you need to beware of...warranty not good past 1.5 years...first couple months owning discovered electrical issue..turns out they say it blown fuse..at 1yr 8 months ..electrical again..some sort of short with smoke and blow fuse (same)..but guess what..it's out of warranty and now you pay over $171 per hour to get it fixed..my guess electrical was not right all along.

We bought a 2024 Wolf Pup from McKinley and couldn’t be happier with our purchase! The whole team at Camping World were very knowledgeable and eager to help! Especially McKinley.. she came in on her day off for us! Absolutely recommend the team there! You won’t regret it at all!

Camping World in Fairmont WV was the perfect place for my husband and I to purchase our first camper. All of the staff were very friendly and timely in their work! We never felt pressured into any decisions and had a great experience. Our sales woman McKinley was especially helping in ensuring all our questions were answered and our needs were met! I’d definitely recommend this place for new and returning camper owners!

We traded in a camper that was in great shape because we wanted to downsize. They happily sold us a camper that seemed to be what we were looking for but once we pulled it off the lot, we have had nothing but trouble and no help from the dealership. They told us that they sell the campers, not manufacture them. What kind of seller are you if you cant stand by the products you're selling and help those that buy your products?! Stay far, far away from this place.

Worst camping world I have ever been to in the US. They have no room in parking lot to park if visiting with your RV. Their retail parts and supply area was also the smallest I have ever been in and they had none of the items I came for.

My wife and I just bought a brand new coleman lantern lt 17b at camping world in Fairmont WV. We had a great and easy experience. Austin (our salesman) was fantastic. Had an answer to every question we had and didn't pressure us into anything at all. Highly recommend camping world in Fairmont. Go see Austin today and be a happy camper!
