I must say for my first time going there was truly quite an awesome experience. Friendly customer service. Membership is affordable and worth it. Or if you're going just for a day it's only $5 you can't beat that! I'm looking foward to going back! As well as telling others.

If you like old school gyms this is the only place around that will fit. Old but great equipment and usually not overly busy.
