He was sposed to change my sisters oil and charged her $35 and never changed it and also he adds "special" oil to it and it cost more

My mother reffered me to him because he replaced her engine in two days at a reasonable price. My clutch was going out of my car. I called around quite a few places and he was the best deal. I asked how long it would take, his response was it was a 6 hour job. I was dropping it off on a Friday it would be ready on Monday. When I called Monday it was going to be a few more days. I called again, still wasn't ready. This went on for three weeks (remember it was only a 6 hour job). He blamed it on my car being rusted. Its a 2000, obviously its going to be slightly rusted. Okay, so along with how long it took him to replace my clutch ( which doesn't feel right still to this day) my car was running great for a day. I start driving my car up a hill and it starts jerking/ check engine light blinking (also still happening to this day). This was not happening to my car before. Also my air conditioner doesn't work anymore, my steering wheel is way out of line, and my car is making a horrific noise all this has been happening since i drove off his lot! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO TO HIM!!!
