“A couple weeks ago I was in a bind because I thought I purchased my daughter's wedding shower invitations from Etsy but I only ended up getting the digital file. That was on me, I didn't read it clearly. I went to the ups store and the cashier told me to talk to Sara and she went out of her way to take care of me. Not only did she say she could help, she pointed out a mistake, was able to fix it, printed and cut the invites, bookmarks, and even printed a large sign for the party recreating the theme of the Etsy invitation! I can't stop thinking about it and told everyone I know and I will have her design my other daughter's baby shower things so I don't have to deal with something online. thanks so much Sara!”
