Complete botched the body work on my truck. After saying some it got worse. More damages caused by shop with no intention of completing any other repairs. Now I have a truck that has paint on it with too much hardener and chips that will not stop. 72 chips in 3000 miles if nothing but asphalt driving. After saying something to the shop and to the insurance company no repairs have been completed. If I were you I wouldn't go to premiere unless I wanted to make sure that I had too much hardener in my paint so it wouldn't stay on the body.Thanks her beer for destroying a $45,000 truck.Service: Body & Trim

This place is absolutely TERRIBLE. Do NOT take your vehicle here. I will be calling my insurance company to ask them to remove this business from their list. My daughter turned in her car on Valentines Day and we still don’t have the vehicle back. We were promised to have her car back in 4 days on the initial phone call. After numerous calls and Bob telling us the car would be ready today, then ready in 3 days… Bob eventually said he couldn’t get a part in and wasn’t sure how long it would take and that it could be months. I realize with the pandemic and supplies being on order that its tough, but he didn’t do his homework very well. We moved. Now the car is stuck in WV. Finally I called out of frustration and asked for the part number to research myself and after a few calls and some looking online, I found the part in 15 mins and he can receive it in less than a week. He never thought to look online for it. This guy was terrible to work with. I wish I asked for the part number earlier but I’ve been involved with a move. I can’t tell you enough to not use them.Service: Body & Trim

I wanted a off road bumper aftermarket grill and head lights out in my truck that I have already purchased on my own they turned down the work because they couldn’t make money on over charging me for the parts don’t recommend this place

Car inspection service was inexpensive. Staff was friendly and educated me on a few concepts I wasn't familiar with before. This was my 3rd year using them for my inspection and I am happy.
