Got a set done a while ago and google wants me to review, let me start by saying the staff was friendly, they did good work, but they didn't give me what I wanted despite having a reference picture, and my set was extremely rushed, I was a walk in so I can understand a time crunch but I still don't think I was given their top notch service I've heard about

I have gone here 3 times now and the first 2 times were great. This time I don’t feel he took good care of my feet. I only get pedicures and I was the only one in the shop so no need to rush. Y’all be the judge. I’m not happy with this visit at all.

Love this place! Steven is amazing. I always leave satisfied with my nails. It's clean, the prices are fair, and I wouldn't go to anyone else. Sometimes I have to watch how much I spend on my nails. Steven knows this and always let's me know how much it will cost, regardless of what I want done. For any place of business, I know time is money and money is time.

My absolutely do not like the way she did my nails they do not even look real they look sick and blotchy and they're not even the same length some of them hurt the sides of my fingers and I was charged $70 for a set of nails that shouldn't even charge more than 25. They are terrible and will probably come lose and off soon. The woman was not friendly and couldn't do what I was asking for I had to tell me 5 times I didn't want something she was trying to do. Just horrible and a waste of time and money.The last time I went there it's was a different girl and this were absolutely wonderful.Services: Nail painting

I went Spa nails Bellevue Fairmont WV today September 1 2023 I was treated very bad because I asked for regular polish and a flower design on my toe and the owner was so rude and disrespectful for my description of what I wanted he told me the only thing he (owner)can do with regular polish was a flower ? which thats what I wanted, and agreed and then I said well lets just do a mani pedi and if its extra no problem .he told me, I can go somewhere else in front of 2 white woman like my services did not matter as a woman of color lets be clear when i pay my money for a service, i pay for what i want, not what theygive me….So Black Women do not support this establishment because I felt discriminated and racially profiled …God have mercy on his soul and business because you cant disrespect a woman of God for no reason!!!! I did tell him how he made me feel respectfully and left!!! Oneida Williams

Literally the best salon I've been to! The staff are so nice and friendly it's a very enjoyable environment for everyone. My friend whose very anti social and has anxiety was even talking to her nail tech having a great conversation!!!Services: Acrylic nails
