The young lady at the desk was greatly appreciated for her work. She is awesome at her job. If she isn't the manager, I would greatly recommend her being in that position. Because she got me in and out and her customer skills is impeccable, and she handled the business with care and perfection. Lady M, you are the best ?

Recently came in with a pretty significant suspension failure and the crew here at Monro went above and beyond to give me a hand. They told me what needed ordered and it was less than 48 hours later when I had my car back in my possession. I was recommended to them by a friend and they exceeded my expectations! Thank you!

Our '05 Mini Cooper Sport was loosing Antifreeze. I had it towed to this shop on a Saturday night. Sunday morning, I stopped in and they had it in the bay before I left. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, dedication to service, and friendliness I received from this shop! I got daily updates, and they even stayed past closing so I could pick up the car! The repair ended up being the water pump, which is a challenge on a Cooper. They stepped up to the plate and hit a Grand Slam! The Cooper is running amazingly, and I still have money in the bank! If you need work done on your vehicle, these folks are in my top 3 of repair shops!

I won't take my car anywhere else. I love the people there. If you tell them what's wrong with the car they deal with that only. They don't try to find other things that they think that you need.
