“Skylar did a great job. I had to have sync 3 force down loaded onto my truck. After getting my truck back cell phone Bluetooth wouldn’t work on my truck. Notifications wasn’t going off. Apple care play wasn’t working without hooking a wire up to my phone. She didn’t stop until she fixed everything. I was/am very satisfied. I don’t have to take my phone out of the holder now which doesn’t let me forget it. I’m a driver so, now the Bluetooth hooks up in my rigs radio and no wires to get caught up in making it safer. Believe me she went completely out of her way to fix it. Like I said I’m very satisfied with the service I received.”
“So my phone quit working yesterday. I went out to my local us cellular store to see if I could get it fix. I was not able to upgrade, which ment i was stuck with a broken phone. The guy who waited on me was wonderful!! Not only was he patient with me, he was very informative. Needless to say, this guy did everything he could to make sure I left with a working phone. I can't thank him enuff for the GREAT customer service and making sure I left with a new phone!!”
