They are very thorough & have very reasonable prices! You can tell that the pets are not a “number” (they’re not in it for the money) & that they actually care. I took my 1st dog I had as an adult, Captain, here. He ran off and my husband couldn’t let me be heart broken anymore so he bought me Fester…about a year later. I still miss my Captain and I still have hope. Newho, I’ve had Fester about a month now and needed to get him seen. He’s a Mexican Frenchie and about 16 weeks now. He needed vaccinations and I want to make sure he was good. I’ve had some questionable things and so happy I took him here! They took care of us and found something I didn’t know by just picking him up to take him to the back. I’m so glad I found this vet they work with your schedule and don’t leave you broke! I do wish the let people do payment plans other than that care credit so we didn’t have to pay upfront.

I recently tried to schedule an appointment for a kitten we found, but the experience was extremely disappointing due to the receptionist staff. They were incredibly rude and unhelpful, making what should have been a straightforward process frustrating and unpleasant. As a potential new client, I expected a bit of understanding and courtesy, especially given the situation with a sick kitten. Unfortunately, their behavior has left a very negative impression, and I will be looking elsewhere for veterinary care.

Alot better then the one on Gaston Ave. Front staff very nice and professional . Very attentive and nice to my fur babies . Would recommend this vet to anyone

i called desperately trying to find a vet to look at my guinea pig and they were able to get us in the same day, they treated our situation just like any other “normal” pet and were so incredibly nice! i will never take my animals anywhere but here!

The staff here are always so kind and compassionate. They take the time to explain everything and even give your pet a follow up call to check in a week after their visit. They are truly animal lovers here!

This is the best vet in Marion county when Fairmont vet on Gaston Ave stopped helping my dog and middle town help my fur baby and it was a way better doctor
