They have the parts you need but the owner isn't there in the morning to tell his employees what parts he has quoted to customers and they can't help you with the parts you need. They say you have to come back when a customer is there because the owner is not so they won't even pull the part because of the quote the owner gave you. Not really a good way to do business I don't think but you know my company.
