Pretty nice store. Staff are nice and the store is kept quite clean. Prices are good and checkout was fast. They were out of some items though.

Want to give a shout out to the gentleman that went out of his way to help me. I didn’t get his name, but he saw I was looking for a specific item, asked what is was, and told me he would go get it from the back since it hadn’t been stocked yet. He stopped what he was doing to help me without being prompted or asked and with a smile!! Thank you sir for being so helpful. My day would have gone by fine without my ginger ale, but it went a lot better with it thanks to your great customer service!

Went middle of day pallets in aisles dairy was wiped out not many choices, customer service was very lacking, asked for help wad told I'm new I have no idea where anything is, not greated by employees in MOST departments. Bakery /,deli was lone exception. Shelves were empty, messy, not faced out products in front of wrong tags ad items not available . I love food lion but everytime I come to Fairmont one it is just lacking. I so want them to be like ones we go too when down south. Disappointed.

Had a pick up order … A Food Lion employee by the name of Emily did the shopping for me. She did a horrible job rushed through my order. She finished it so fast didn’t get half the things I wanted because she didn’t look. She substituted things that they had in stock gave me two of certain items I didn’t order !!! Emily made my experience horrible !!!
