Absolutely amazing. People were so welcoming and beyond helpful. We got a flat tire on the side of the highway. Once we got to the shop Amy at the front desk took her own personal vehicle to go get us a new tire. Got there by tow at 10:30am and got out of there by noon. One of the best experiences we have had at a shop.

Good people that provided the exact service I needed. I did realize that there was a different issue with my car so I'll bring it to a different shop. This shop did the exact job they were qualified for.

Have always had great service at a reasonable price here. Very convenient location and friendly knowledgeable staff. I generally get my tires here too, their tire pricing is competitive and they have a wide selection. It's great to have a shop you can trust in your community.

They’ve done several repairs for me over the last year, so this review is long overdue. Working with them has been the most hassle-free experience I’ve ever had with auto repairs. Nice people who are great at what they do.

concerning the 2 bad reviews that are inaccurate that really bother me cause these guys are great : Basher : was told his vehicle repair would cost more than vehicle worth, was advised may find out it had internal engine damage after they got it running again, as they disassemble engines here for diagnostics and because the customer had driven without fluids to cool engine. He ordered his own parts but did not get all we recommended and we can't let it hang on a rack while we wait for parts so it went out until the next job was done, some customer provided parts were used and faulty and he never did actually pay but still made sure he complained.Bashaw complaint : there was no request for wheel bearing he's not even remembering correctly why he i-rate called back. He got brakes then went over the mountains and they got real hot , happens to me too that's why I stop at cool springs, customer said it was because we used ceramic brakes , which are the better ones that we try to put on all vehicles they absorb heat better than semi metallic and are much quieter, we do not get other complaints on them. Sure I work here but these guys are honest as the day is long and any time they do make a mistake ( nobody's perfect ) I see them honor that under workmanship and correct it. There are many long time repeat customers that would tell you that. Don't be swayed by these 2 bad reviews, these guys are top notch, and trusted above others by a long list of customers with good reason. Thank you for reading.

Great place great people. A lot of people do not understand automotive work and thinks eveyone is out trying to get more $ from them. They do eveything in there power to not make your bill cost more. But evey now and then stuff happens its automotive work stuff breaks, new parts fail, and they get blamed for it. They do not use impact guns for wheel bearings like most dealers around here do. They must be torqued down. When I was down and out and really needed some work done they was very friendly and worked with me. No dealer or other shops would. Highly reccomend this place for automotive work. They do have a little bit of a waiting list for bigger jobs like engines and transmission changes, and sometimes it dose take a week or 2 because things pop up along the repair that others don't seem to understand they can't wave a magic wand and it's fixed like some of these people think.

Went in for an oil change and came out with muffler problems. Wouldn't make such a fuss both this has happened twice in 6 months. Come in for service and leave with a problem
