The facility has a lot of exercise equipment to do any type of exercise, weight or fitness training. Also has a pool, a hot tub a steam room 3 saunas, plus shower and locker facilities. The staff is cordial and facilitative.

The pool is the big draw for me. It is never crowded and always clean. Great workout and the steam room is relaxing.

Love it. Very nice people. Super clean facility. Has everything you need to stretch out, get your muscles working and get a sweat on. Love the sauna areas and hot tub. Wish the wet areas were more than 3 days a week for dudes and we could like rotate bi hourly each day or something - but I trust they have a good reason for doing it that way. I look forward to using this facility for a while and highly recommend.

I been a frequent guest/customer for many years there now. And its the only gym I know that has a pool, 3 different type saunas AND workout fans a jacuzzi. Oh yeah! So when your done working off those pounds go to the back and workoff more in style. I love it there.

I called and I ask about how much is it for there to excuses and and stuff and they hang up on me how rude can u be like for real I wanted know how much if u dont want my mony that's fine i go else were very rude on your end i wanna los wight but cant when we have rude people. All I wanna known how much it cost to get in and u rudely hang up on me whatever.
