I recently serviced my Toyota Highlander at Cava Toyota. The quality of the Service Department is unmatched. The worst service I have ever had. They did not listen to my request. They lied when asked if the had completed my request and I had to return five minutes after leaving to get just air in my tires. I requested a manager and did not get to see one. I am not happy with my service today.
