On August 3, 2022 I purchased a flip phone at this location. Brett and Tucker were both very kind and very helpful. I don't understand enough of today's technology, and therefore just wanted a simple phone to make emergency phone calls. Because I qualify for the ACP program, they sold me a $50. phone and charged a $30. setup fee, with NO FURTHER CHARGES! I used the phone twice. When I picked it up to use on October 6, the service had been disconnected due to non payment. The company is REFUSING a refund, and REFUSING to restore my service unless I pay another $20. for the month. That is called "EXTORTION". This company will take advantage of anyone who does not understand THEIR policies.Their "automated reply" is as sincere as their agreement.

This Store is the ONE to go to for service! Rex worked magic getting me back into my account that had been unavailable to me since covid. All other attempts at two physical locations and over the phone could not unlock the mystery, but Rex was able to fix it all!! I love Cricket's plans and options and wanted to stay on their network. With Rex's help, I now have 4 lines on the plan of unlimited data, talk and text. Fairmont store is worth the trip!
