Friendly staff.However, it took 5 hours to get my dog back.He came back smelling like cigarettes mixed with a strong perfume.The price was out outrageous. My fault for not asking prior.He came back to us extremely lethargic. Not acting himself. Abnormally tired. I’m suspicious he was giving something.Overall, I don’t recommend.

Dropped my dog off at 3pm and didn’t get her back until 9pm. was also very expensive. $140 for one dog haircut.

We always take our dog here. They do an excellent job, but really wish they didn't keep him so late in the evening to pick up. It's often 9 pm or later. Not a complaint- just wish the pickup hours were better

Friendly staff. HOWEVER, I felt it was extremely overpriced! I paid $38 to have my dog's nails trimmed. As a first time dog owner, next time I will seek recommendations and shop around. From what I have read, average price to clip nails is $10-$25...$25 being at a high end salon. My fault for not asking for price when making appointment...it was a nail trim.. didn't think I needed to. As I said, staff was friendly enough...just not worth what they charge. So I just called a few other places and yep...$38 is outrageous!!!! They couldn't believe it when I told them I paid that much. The other groomers I called quoted me $12 and $15. You should be ashamed of yourself ‼️

I have a chocolate lab. She is a rescue and has never been groomed. I made an appointment and was seen that day. The service was excellent. This is the best I have ever seen her look. You can tell that time and care was taken in this process. The price was quite reasonable. This is especially considering the size and condition my dog was in prior to service. I will be a regular customer, and I highly recommend considering this business for your grooming needs.

Took way to long! Charged to much for the hair cut given and my dog smells of strong perfume. Won’t be going back here.

Amazing service! Amazing people! Have loved every minute working here! Truly the love for animals here is beyond anything I’ve seen and Cindy has taught me so much. The work and dedication let alone hours into these dogs people would truly be astounded. Dog grooming is not easy and it is nothing quick. She puts time to each and every dog and customer specifications for the cut they want and I recommend this place because I’ve seen first hand that she truly has this ability to transform your pup. With the years experience she has no clue how you couldn’t come here. Reviews are reviews but actions matter. Love to your FAMILY MEMBER is what matters! If ya have a poodle and come here you already know that top knot sometimes is an HOUR job alone so to regulars time from drop of to pick up is least there worry they know we don’t do 2 dogs a day we do upwards 10-15!
