As far as getting in and out and the staff, it’s always an easy; simple trip inside. The 4 star reason: the fuel pumps are half-speed of what you typically would expect and the parking lot/pump area has poor functionality.

The slowest gas station around and no restroom. It if it takes 15+ minutes to pump gas for a 11gal tank they should atleast have a restroom

Quite possibly the worst gas station in fairmont when it comes to staff. The only answer I ever get when there's an issue is "I haven't been trained on that yet" or "only a manager can do that" but there never seem to be any managers present.

My mom went to get gas and realized all her cards were missing from her wallet (2 year old granddaughter took them out) so she had to go inside and pay cash. She was in a hurry so she went in quickly to hand them a 20 and was rudely told they will not accept her money until she puts a mask on. She didn't mean to not have a mask on, was just in a hurry so she forgot.The ignorant cashier would rather argue with her in the store (unmasked) than accept her money so she could get out of there quickly. We were in a hurry but went elsewhere for gas. People amazed me...

Why would any one that's 63 years old get I'd and have to give a phone number to get a pack of cigarettes? If this is your policy ,it sucks. I'll never walk through your door again.

Be careful. Get receipts. It's nice that they have sanitizer and stuff like that - but 3 times now I have had a mysterious $50-55 charge to my debit card when paying INSIDE that I have had to fight to get back. They always say it's my bank but it only happens at this Circle K at this location, no where else ever. Then when you try to figure it our with them they get angry with you and don't even care.

Very bad place to go right now, they kicked my wife and I out of the store for not being able to wear a mask. Not believing that the Gov. of WV stated that you did not have to wear one asking what medical condition we could possibly have, they said we were wrong and to leave. Will not return to anywhere that they violate HIPAA and ADA law, as well as violate our 5th amendment rights.
