While I was pricing an alternator for my avalanche auto zone gave me the best price. For you fellow veterans, they do give a 10% discount. Also they held the part for me until my wife could pick it up.
They were very pleasant and respectful.
Give them a call when you need to visit a parts store . I dare ya !!!!

Back in2023 I went to that store to buy 30lbs of R134 an a German ask can I help you an I said yes . I need to buy 30Lbs of R134 so I show him my EPA certification card an he took my card an went to talk to a guy who was behind a wall 5 to 10mins of standing there he comes back an tell me that I can not buy R134 because I did not have a mechanic shop business license an that why he can not sell to me . I will never go to that store again.

Most of the staff are nice, however, if you need basics go to Wal mart or really do your research, as generics are hard to find there and a staff member smirked the entire time when I forgot to do my research and paid top dollar because I was new to the product.

Usually get in and out. The only negative experience I had was a younger employee tried to tell me I needed atf for my manual transmission. I just laughed n walked out n went somewhere else that day. Never seen him there again after that...
