Great experience here. Called to get an oil change and they were very professional and had availability. Once there, the staff was friendly and greeted me with a smile. It was my first time to this dealership and I cannot complain ! They also have a body shop here too!

I live 71 miles from Fairmont where Chevy Silverado broke down. Even though it isn't my normal Chevy dealer I go to, Dan in the service department and the rest of their team treated me great. Even helped me to arrange picking the truck up after the service department had closed for the day. Highly recommend

No complaints about the regular staff, but the service manager, Danny, was deplorable. I took my truck in on a Monday for a brake problem. My brakes would stop my truck, but continued pressure (such as would be exerted at a stop sign) would cause the pedal to eventually reach the floor. Absolutely horrible experience after leasing a vehicle from Anthony Chevrolet...we received correspondence that if did a pre-check it would save our time at turn in. We did not do the pre-check as we had plenty of time to spend at the dealership at turn in. Our Traverse was well taken care of, under the allotted miles and professionally detailed prior to turn in.
