Took my 2024 Chevy Silverado 1500 in for service, found out that it was a problem that was caused at the factory. The technicians at Gerry Raymond Chevrolet of Fairmont diagnosed and fixed the problem. They explained the problem and how they fixed it. Highly recommended!

I was hired and contracted under the assumption that I was making 25% of gross profit. The actual gross profit while I was working for Gerry Raymond was factored after a $4000 pack that I was not informed of, not aware of, and did not consent to. While I was working for Gerry Raymond Chevrolet of Fairmont I witnessed legal and moral violations that disgusted me. There is not a single aspect of this company that is not corrupt to its core. I saw people being lied to and taken advantage of it every single step of the business. Everyone from the random person coming in for an oil change all the way up to the banks themselves were being taken advantage of. That is why I left you a one star review.

Started of with a great sales man, ended up with a new truck the winnings like crazy with no fix as of yet. Sales manager hung up me after he said there was nothing he could. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone far or local

After Anthony Chevrolet was sold to Gerry Raymond Chevrolet, the service department no longer operates with transparency and honesty. They have increased labor rates. They are passing along fees that other automobile service centers count as the cost of doing business (e.g. fees for shop rags and consumables used during your repair). They are also charging a service fee for using credit cards and debit cards. Unlike the former service manager at Anthony, the new service manager and service department staff clearly demonstrates an "attitude" towards former Anthony Chevrolet customers who have come to expect friendly and honest service at a fair price. I would not trust (for a minute) that when asked to repair or maintain a vehicle that they are being honest about the scope of repair. As the owner of two very expensive GMC vehicles, I will no longer bring my vehicles to this service department for repairs.

I tried to bring my truck here for service but no one in the service department answered the phone yo talk to me about my appointment that I made online. I guess they just send you to the website and that's that. If I can't get good customer service, I don't imagine yhe service to my vehicle would be done very well.
Update: I brought my vehicle in and had a pretty good experience. I still think they should place a higher priority on answering the phone though

Do not buy anything used from this dealership
We looked at a 2013 Volvo. It looked like a decent vehicle, we test drove it with no problems. Somewhere between that test drive and our second look, the vehicle was wrecked. They never offered to even fix the damage. The person that did the paint protection package put the protection package over the damage and over tar from the street. This now cannot be fixed without taking the paint protection off, fixing the damage and removing the tar and reapplying the paint protection package. It took 3 weeks to get the second key. At that point I brought up the car vibrates when exiting the highway, usually brakes and or warped rotors and it pulls to the right. Things it wasn't doing before someone there wrecked it. While waiting on the second key, another customer came in furious, threw the keys down and said "I'm not paying for a car that won't start or stay running, do what you want with the car, I'm not paying a penny more on it. Now for 3 days our AWD light is on and says AWD disengaged until service, they have never contacted us with this service date. The hatch stopped working that they knew about and the backup camera. We were told next Wednesday, this was when we first got this vehicle, we went in on Wednesday and were told, " What do you want us to do?" I said fix the issues like we were told you would. Simple right, evidently not when dealing with Gerry Raymond Chevrolet of Fairmont.

To be honest with you I hadn't heard the best reviews concerning Raymond Chevrolet since it changed hands from the last owner. Still, last Saturday I decided to go there and see for myself.
What a marvelous surprise I was met with. From the time I walled through the door I was given the red carpet treatment. EVERYONE I came in contact with was professional and courteous. The salesman was honest and patient with my questions regarding how to use all the new accessories I'd never had on a car in the past. (I will soon be 70 years old.)
My salesman's name was Brandon. If I live long enough to ever decide to buy another new car I will do my best to track him down, and I will be spreading the word about how wonderful he was to work with. I actually ended up hugging Trevor (the young man who did all the paperwork on my new car; because after settling on a fair interest rate he came back to Brandon's office and told me that he called the owner and got permission to call GMC; which got two more points shaved off my interest rate. I was blown away!) From start to finish my entire transaction was smooth as silk. I would personally like to give Gerry Raymond Chevrolet of Fairmont, West Virginia a 5 Star Plus rating❣️
Sending a huge heartfelt thank you to everyone who got me an excellent deal on my awesome new car. Last Saturday was the best day I've had in quite a while. I actually walked out of a car dealership feeling like the employees went above and beyond what I've seen in the past while shopping for a new vehicle. Brandon has a new customer for life! ??

Dropped my car off here 3/26/24 because car needed a new tire i had a nail in it which ruin my sidewall. They said they didnt have the tire in-stock which was fine. Said my car would be done the next day (3/27/24) which it was. Everything seemed fine until a few weeks later i noticed a perfect circle ring scratch around my rim. Further inspection where my tire weights were on looks like someone scraped them off with a screwdriver. I called to see of they would resolve this was told it wasn’t them. My car is a 2024 Trax and they are the only shop that has touched my car. But currently in the works with gm corporate office to get this resolved but really bad customer service would NOT recommend them to anyone if you value your car not getting all scratched up

Very professional and just good down to earth people, and that's the reason I got my truck from there.

If i could give this dealership zero starts i would!
Had my 2022 Chevy Silverado that i purchased brand new in for a small motor noise. After 5 weeks of zero communication about what was being done to my truck, received the truck back and not 2 days later it is now at another dealership with the transmission screwed up and vehicle stuck in first gear with a check engine light . Jesse the “Service Manager” was very rude and inconsiderate raising his voice to customers and downgrading GM headquarters department to customers! After this experience i will never purchase another Chevy vehicle or have anything to do with Gerry Raymond Chevy. BEWARE Everyone!!
