Every time I called to inquire about a windshield I was told they would call me back but never did. I ended up going with another company.

Contacted Quality Auto Glass on 4/26/2020 to have the windshield replaced on my car. Due to special features on the car, I was advised that they would have to order the special glass and that, due to COVID, it may take a little longer than usual. I was fine with that and understood completely. Weeks turned into months. No words from Quality Auto Glass. I would call and speak to Danielle and always be told “it’s on backorder” and a story about the “boats stuck in the harbors.” She always stated she would check with the shop supervisor and call me back. She never called with the exception of a callback in May. In November, I took my car in for maintenance at the dealership and they mentioned needing to get the windshield replaced. I explained what Danielle had told me and was informed that they haven’t been on backorder for a few months and they could have one there within 3-4 days. I called my insurance and am now getting my windshield replaced next week. There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY I would EVER recommend Quality Auto Glass to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I’ve waited 8 months on them for something I should have received months ago. To say they dropped the ball in regards to their customer service is a huge understatement. Safe yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Once appt was made they were proficient in doing job. Was done in 25 min once they arrived on time. Did not know I would need to get new Inspection Sticker but is against WV Law to remove and replace. Job was done well but need to let people know about Sticker. All in all would rate Company a 5
