Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! This is the worst pharmacy around. No wonder more people are switching and having problems. If your to incompetent to read an order correctly but the other CVS in Charleston can. Why would I trust you with any of my meds? I would be surprised if no one has filed any complaints with the WV Board of Pharmacy.

They sometimes talk about the customers while they wait but overall a 2.5 rating is fair meds was in stock just need to work on customer services

CVS fraudulently opened a CarePass account using my name and email address. Someone has been using this fake account to fill prescriptions at this pharmacy. For months I have been contacting CVS to have the issue resolved, they refuse to do anything about it.

Someone needs to make this pharmacy get their act together. The pharmacists openly complain about customers and how busy they are. Maybe do a little less complaining and a little more work.

It's a little on the pricy side but they typically have sales. They do have a good selection of merchandise. Staff is always friendly. I've never had prescriptions filled here so I'm not sure how the pharmacy is.
