Today, Woodford Oil arrived on time as promised. They brought a new tank, leveled the ground beneath it, installed with a crane from the road and performed a safety check before filling it.The two servicemen, Steve and Trey were professional and kept me apprised of the process throughout the job. I was very impressed and appreciative of the work they did. I would recommend them and Woodford Oil to everyone.

This place is a disgrace, nothing is kept up, the card reader rarely works without trying 10 times, and it's been out of order for 2 weeks, it's always out of receipt paper, the squeegee bottles are always empty and full of trash, probably from dissatisfied costumers, there's always cars parking/ meeting where trucks need to be able to swing in, I rarely leave reviews but this place is a dump of a fuel stop.P.S. pump 9 takes 40 minutes to get 160 gallons.

I switched to Woodford, because they were cheaper than my prior provider. They were timely and efficient when inspecting my tank and appliances too. And they have a phone app, where I can now monitor fuel levels, without having to go to the gauge on the propane tank.

I have never left a Google review, but this organization was so very deserving!! We worked with Tim & Tommy to get our propane tank refilled before we ran out. After just buying the home, we were unaware of the propane level remaining and never gave it thought until the season began to change. Once we realized the meter read 20% and we would not be able to warm our home for more than 1 more week, we were frantic. We called Woodford Oil, and they were more than accommodating; they were efficient and so kind. Tommy goes above and beyond to be as helpful as humanly possible to every area he services. We would highly recommend this organization to anyone wishing to find outstanding service!

Woodford’s convenient location of their fuel station makes my life easy when I’m running late for work and need fuel quick. Easy convenient and competitive pricing with the other 15 fuel stations little Elkins has and now they offer propane services. I want to give a big thank you to the dispatch and drivers at Woodford Oil. I called and asked for a delivery of fuel oil, they stated it would be Monday.(5 days out).However, when I explained that I was complete out and without heat, they went above beyond to get me a delivery set for the next day. Woodford's crew is awesome! Working at Elkins Metal Recycling we need Propane for our cutters, we need Diesel to run our machines. We purchase Oil, grease, and miscellaneous supplies. When we are in need, we call and they're here fast!! Can't go wrong there!
