My son who lives an hour away bought a samsung A15 cell phone through on lime shopping pick up! The phone would not let him call out or receive calls? He went to his supplier At&T they could not help him said phone was coming up STOLEN!!!! So he drove from the AT&T store to Elkins West VA store a 2 hour drive!!!! And after 3 hours they had to swap out the phone because they couldn't fix it??? So they didn't have a SAMSUNG A15. so they gave him a SAMSUNG A14, a cheaper phone & thought that would be ok, WRONG! I bought the phone as a gift & it cost me almost $150.00, the phone thry gave him was like $69.00 according to website!!! HOW DARE THEY rip someone off after all the time wasted!!!! I,m done with Walmart especially this one because it's been problem after problem even when he has placed a $600.00 food order which he has several times! HE SHOULD OF RECEIVED $$$$$ BACK not a damn $50.00 Gift card which seems to be the norm for Walmart to shut people up!!!! Well not me. Corporate will get an ( open door) from me Monday morning!!

Ok place isles are a little small and hard to navigate through especially if other people are in them. Very common on products being out of stock and forcing you to go to other stores to get them.

Great service, selection and prices! The people who stock shelves do an exceptional job of keeping things stocked, organized and easy to find. The electronics department was on point this time! Great job, keep it up!
