We had Rob come out today to repair my Whirlpool washer, he was very prompt, courteous and thorough. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it. I appreciated him!

They were scheduled to perform warranty service on my LG refrigerator he called and said he's not certified to do that kind of work and he was very very rude
