Got my car tuned for the very first time here about a month ago my engine stopped working took car to a shop in virgina the shop owner told me whoever did the tuning messed up very bad said it was elementary level screw up but got it fixed by a different tuner shop

I had my stereo and door speakers installed by miller's 2 years ago and my stereo only worked for one year. I just got around to trying to diagnose my problem. What I found was they only put one self tapping screw in my front door speakers and didn't use the spacers I supplied to them. This caused my speaker to rattle and it was placed too deeply causing my window to hit it when I rolled down my window. I paid close to 300 dollars to have a stereo system installed correctly and I am very disappointed by their work quality. I would not recommend there service to anyone if this is what they do.Service: Electrical

They put a stereo in my vehicle for me. It turned out I had received some faulty products from the store where I had purchased the stereo. Miller's had the replacement that I needed and worked very hard to get all the issues sorted out, even staying after hours. They done great work and treated me like family. Highly recommended!

Did very poor work on my car and charged me more than double what they should have for the price of labor and parts. I was getting some work done on my exhaust and the welds looked terrible. Also when they were installing the tip, instead of properly fitting the tip they decided to just bend a perfectly good brand new part and then just tack a couple of welds on without even sealing it up. I had to go to Mufflers Brakes and More to get my tip fixed and put on the right way.

OVER $5000 Damage. I do not recommend anyone to go to this shop. I don't think that they should be welding on anyones car. I took my 2015 Ford Focus ST to his shop to get a muffler delete and when I went to pick it up he was telling me that they were finishing up so I waited. He comes back and tells me that they had a accident and I go in the back and the whole rear hatch was MELTED. They said that they didn't even notice that it was on fire till they smelled the plastic burning. They also took my resonator out and its insanely loud and they threw out my old stuff. They claimed they didn't know what happened but when it was at the body shop the people there who I trust said that they shouldn't have welded it like they did. My friend also took his car there to get window tint and the owner took his car to his house and he smoked in it.
