We will always recommend Hershman for Pre-Owned cars. I bought a car from Roger here in 12-19. He was friendly, kind, and very fair during the sale, answering all our questions and concerns. Fast forward to now, over 3 years later, I was ready to sell. It had been a worry free, repair free car during that time. We were frustrated trying to sell it privately or to a dealer. We weren't getting a fair value, and we didn't want to take our chances with an out of Elkins dealer. My wife suggested calling Roger back at Hershman. My first thought was - he would undervalue the car like every other dealer I talked with. Not so. He was right at Kelly Blue Book value for the car. So I would encourage you to go here whether you are buying or selling, because I was pleased both ways.

If you are new to the car buying process, go to Hershman. They have quality cars at affordable costs. I got an amazing deal on my new car. Roger was honest, patient, and willing to work with me to get me in my new car the same day I arrived. Their customer service is top notch, and they help guide you through the whole process, leaving no question unturned. They’re willing to work with all credit and down payments. They went above and beyond from the second I stepped foot in the lot.

We are pretty new to the area, and needed a second car for my wife’s work. We called ahead of time, but ended up coming in a day early to look at the car. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Roger who had all our info ready and basically said we could take as much time as we needed to look at/test drive the car. When we got back, Roger was so helpful in informing us about different things and moving the process along. And even though our credit company took quite a few hours to sort things out, Roger waited with us every second (we talked and laughed a bunch) AND he found ways to help out anyone else who walked through the door in the meantime. He also agreed on a very affordable price for the car itself. Not only is Hershman a great used car dealership, but the people who work there are even more awesome!! Thank you Roger and Scott!!?

Highly recommend this place, we went to 3 different lots then came here and they were the only one who helped us get into a ride we absolutely love, and for the payments we could afford, I'm telling all my friends about this place, we just got our vehicle yesterday and already fell in love with it. we got a great deal on our ride. And got us in pretty quickly. Again thank you Roger at Hershman Pre-owned Auto for doing all u could for us, I would definitely go back again.

GREAT folks to deal with! I would definitely recommend you giving them a chance if you're looking to purchase a vehicle. Super friendly and they are more for the customer than themselves which is hard to find anymore.
