“They had a really nice selection of couches. We went back the following weekend, and the selections had changed. Several of the recliners were broken. We had to do an exchange (due to size) before the furniture arrived, and they helped us to exchange it. The furniture is high priced but appears to be great quality. The staff were fantastic. My parents bought 2 lift chairs the week before us and they were very satisfied also. It took over 6 weeks to get our stuff. We should get it this Saturday coming.”

“We were trying to get carpet from a big box store because we thought it'd be more affordable than other options and that they'd have a large bench of workers to assist with installation, but the whole process was nothing short of a frustrating nightmare. We went to Bates out of desperation because we needed carpet installation FAST and I regret not going there from the start. The associates we worked with were SO fantastic and kind, and thoroughly entertained my kids while I was looking around and completing the transaction. They had great options in stock we could choose from at a range of price points and got us on the books very quickly. While we weren't at the house during the time of installation, we loved the finished product and were really pleased with the entire process. And it all ended up being a lot less expensive than had we gone with that big box store. Will definitely return for other items and recommend them all day long.”
