Very quick at the sale.Done very well. I am 71 years old.I asked how do I get Sirius radio, he said through my phone. I KNOW VERY LITTLE ABOUT APPS, AND HOW TO USE THEM. He the Saleman,messed with my Phone. He said I would need a cable. I DON'T THINK HE LIKED THE phone l had Called, manager told him . I could almost return the truck. HAVE had no return call knowing I wasn't happy. MAYbe a small problem, but not important to them. I GET ONE RADIO STATION IN WESTON.

This was by far the most easiest, painless and actually fun car buying experience I have had. My husband and I have been looking for a Suburban for about two or so months and while we found ones closer to home(we drove 2.5 hours from home to buy btw) the sales people were not personable, mostly gruff and would pressure us. I had my eye on a Suburban at Elkins and thought it's way too far to drove but when it continued to come up in searches we inquired about it and I'm so glad we did. We dealt with Renee who was awesome! No pressure, super friendly and all around wonderful! We drove it and fell in love and the rest was history! Kaye in finance was also wonderful too! I will not hesitate to drive here again and purchase a vehicle! Highly recommend!

Online scheduling is quick and easy, but you can still speak to someone for more complicated needs. Usually appointments are available within just a day or 2.
