Once again, a top quality experience at Elkins Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I love my beautiful new Jeep and the service I received was impeccable. Renee went above and beyond and was kind enough to accommodate me after work, which meant she, as well as the other members of the team, were there late. Not once did anyone make me feel like I was an inconvenience, or rush me through the test drive or any part of the process. Dave helped me with some of the technical things that I'm not particularly good at and even offered help going forward if I need it, and Kaye made signing all of the paperwork such a pleasant experience as she always does. Adam did an absolutely beautiful job detailing my vehicle and brought it up with a smile...way past closing time. I have never had a bad experience and cannot say enough about how well I am always treated at Elkins Jeep! The best!

Quoted 6300$ for a refurbished engine replacement with no ETA on when the engine would arrive. Not able to offer a loaner while we wait on OEM parts and service isn't very helpful in a stressful situation. Would suggest not coming here for servicing a vehicle. Engine that's blown had 80k miles and was well maintained.
Edit: Does have a power train warranty up too 100k miles, this dealership only accepts their warranty or Mopar.

A little slow getting the part in but I believe that is a supplier issue. Overall very satisfied with the service and would recommend to others.
