Can never get staff in sporting goods at all. Gun selection is lacking. I'd recommend wheelers or angels arsenal and mcflys to any shooters and hunters. Selections are way better and staff is always ready to help.

The worst ever. After going through check and sitting outside for 20min then going to eat. The so called manager comes down to the restaurant and loudly accuses my friends and I of stealing. Not once did he review any video cursed and threatened. Then refused to return and apologize for the embarrassment that was caused in such a public place. I will never recommend this store to anyone. I will be talking to an attorney. Very unprofessional and very childish especially for this being the management of the store. Very unbecoming of such a prestigious store. So deserves no stars at all!!!!

Worst customer service I ever experienced don't ask if they fill CO2 and it been over two years now that the CO2 tank has been down everytime I called to get it filled

Is the worst customer service I ever had in Elkins no help try to return something with the receipt had it for two days set on my countertop. They will not take it never used it. She called me a liar.

I bought a pair of rocky gortex boots at Elkins Dunham store and they leak Dunham in Elkins don't take care of the warranty on Rocky boots and boots are only 1 months since I bought them
