i went in and got seated, told him i wanted my nails off and a black gel on my regular nail. he tells me no and i should get a fill instead, i told him no i wanted them off 2 times, aswell did my friend. he went ahead and filled them, painted them black, and put a design on both hands without consent. not to mention there is bubbles on my thumb.

I go there for pedicures and manicures, and I am never disappointed. My nails always look great and when I get a pedi my legs and feet feel amazing after. I'm never disappointed.

My pedicure lady seem to have a little interest in getting my pedicure. I sat for 25 minutes waiting as they told me it would be five minutes she was more interested in talking to her coworkers I paid for $45 pedicure. Elkins Nail and Spa is always..alwaysthe absolute BEST!! I don't go there regularly because it is far to drive...but they are very fast..and my nails look WONDERFUL!!

I showed him a picture and he literally gave me the opposite. They were so sweet, but weren’t even paying attention. They were just talking it on the phones they never kept doing your nails every five minutes enough to get up and do something. and I asked him for a coffin. I got my nails done yesterday for Easter the design I wanted and color were not correct. Today Easter Day I ended up having to take off my nails due to burning and pain underneath which looks like burn blisters. The lady that also did them was super rough and not gentle at all. Super painful will never go back…

My sister made us a pedicure appointment there in December. That's the first and last time I will go because from the second we walked in you could just feel the hostility and tension. The man who works the desk is just awful. He didn't tell us the chair number, just to go sit. So as we went to the chairs he yelled across the salon "no, not that chair. Do you not know how to count!? Go to this chair". Later when my nails were done but my sisters werent I was sitting in my chair waiting on her when he again yells across the salon telling me to put my shoes on and get up. We were the only ones in the salon at that time so it was rude and unnecessary for him to act like that. When it came time to pay he then refused my payment and went on a 10 minute rant about credit card companies and literally everything he said was wrong. I work for Discover. They have more than just credit cards. I was paying with my Discover debit card from my checking account and he refused to take it saying it was credit and its not. I was forced to pay in cash. Even though the woman who did my pedicure did a great job and was really kind the whole time I will never go back because that man is nothing but rude and hostile.Service: Pedicure
