Called and got a quote for four tires to be mounted, balanced, inspection and that we wanted programmed air sensors. They quoted $140. They charged us $395 after the work was done. The employee lied saying he didn’t quote the special air sensors and misunderstood us. We are very unhappy! They said we had to pay the money even though it was far different then the quote over the phone or they would keep my car. I have contacted the BBB and will be filing a civil complaint.

Best place in Elkins WV to get brand new tires at a bargain price. Also they are the go-to for a quick check up when you are unsure of what is going on with your vehicle without a high charge (sometimes no charge at all). They have come to my vehicle on the highway when I was overheating at no charge and once have done fix a flat when my tires deflated. They did a drop off/pick up locally while my vehicle was being worked on. They also do great honest inspections and fast oil changes on a walk-in. They always have great local references to give of other shops too if they cannot fix an issue themselves. Great people to work with. Thank you.

My husband and I have spent $2,047 in tires this week at Bodkins, and when my husband came home from and looked at the snow tires on our BRAND NEW FORD EXPLORER, the rims were covered in deep scratches.They refuse any wrong doing or to replace the damaged rims even after one mechanic admitted to me that another mechanic DID scratch them with the head of the tire machine.This is the only place that my family and I have purchased tires for a number of years, but we will not be returning!
