We love that there are so many Walgreen's locations, as we travel quite a bit. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the quality and quantity of products available. The Walgreen's App makes staying up-to-date on our prescriptions and vaccinations so convenient.

They have great clearance prices. Look for bright orange hang tags on the shelves for the deepest discounts. I was surprised to learn, however, that the stores and the website offer the same items but at different prices. I've found more often than not, on line shopping with in store pick up is the best way to save. Apparently, it's against the company's policies to price match online their own website prices to in store prices. Friendly enough staff but they could make better use of their time on the clock and stop following their customers around like everyone is shoplifting shampoo and Band-Aids!

My physician called them to change a medication to something more cost effective. My physician said, “They put me on hold until they closed, for like 20 minutes, and just left the building with me on hold. I had to call back and leave a message on their voicemail afterwards.” Such an inconvenience for your customers and prescribers. Poor customer service.

Called and was placed on hold for 10 minutes and no one ever checked to help me!!!
