Wouldn't you know it!? Didn't have my car serviced when I wanted to, due to Beryl, and then my warning light came on: oil change required!!! (Had my windshield replaced, but couldn't quite remember when it was due.)
I do try to support local businesses and saw a banner at King Tire Service on the edge of Eleanor that they do oil changes as well. So, quick left to inquire if appointments are required. Dave, the manager, told me that it is a first come, first serve basis. He was also upfront and said he had repairs to finish up and recommended me to wait one day and try to be there about 7:45a. Nothing would happen to my care if I waited a day or two.
I did wait one day. I was trying to do my best to leave to get there, but Puppie decided he wanted to sleep in! Ugh! That stinker! ? So, I got there an hour later than planned...
Well, Dave, told me it would be around noon before he could help. I appreciate honesty! Thank you, Dave! I decided to run other errands and come back.
This time everything ran smooth. And I found a $5 off coupon - in the local paper - for an oil change, which was honored! Yeah!!! ?

Took my car in for a rotation and this was end result on my wheels. Of course they denied doing so, dishonest business in a small town…please boycott King Tire Service..! I really wish you could leave zero stars, they do not deserve one star. I just bought these wheels a couple of months ago and they now look worse than the ones I replaced. The worst part is that whomever did the damage knows they did so. If they would have admitted this and apologized this would have a different outcome.

Horrible experience, took my car in for tire rotate and balance. Picked my car up and drivers side front wheel was damaged, sales person said he was not responsible and did not do. These are new wheels, I just bought them a couple months ago. very dishonest business in a small town. I encourage everyone to please boycott them.

I’ve only had good experiences here when I had to get state inspections when I lived up north the staff was very friendly. They will get your car back in shape. They aren’t the fastest, but that’s too be expected. Decent work at a fair price definitely better than some of the other shops around.

I take all of my vehicles here. Company truck Dodge 2500 Cummins, WRX-STI, Ranger Rover Sport and even my mom's Highlander. Dave that works in the office is great guy and easy to work with. Air conditioning in waiting room is ice cold!!

This is easily the best vehicle service center I have ever used. They are 100% honest and fair. I’ve had my car there twice. Not knowing much about cars, they could have unsold me a much more expensive repair and I wouldn’t have known any different. They did not do that. They gave my car exactly the work it needed to get back in excellent running shape. Thank you so, so much! You get all my business.
