Great place. Only problem is you have to back in from the road which can be a little dangerous. They ship from the back side of the building. New docks.

It's assembly line work so what can you expect? You stand in the same place, you go through the same motions and you do the same job over and over. The problem I had was the atmosphere and the general vibe of the other employees. It was oppressive and everyone seemed so defeated. Like they were where they were going to be for the rest of their days. I didn't hear any laughter, no one really smiled, they were just there going through the same motions as well. I think if everyone had been trained on a couple of different tasks and possibly rotated week to week, things would have been different. So, if you're into boring, mundane, monotonous repetition, you can't go wrong with Diamond Electric!

Great place to work..all these negative comments are funny. If you can't work at Diamond or don't like the Company then YOU are the problem. Company goes out of it's way to help. We don't have many opportunities in our area but this is one of the best. Great benefits and after you work there a few years you can make good money, but you gotta work and be a little patient. Lazy people won't be successful....anywhere...

The worst place I've ever worked supervisors lie, they dont train you right on anything they cut corners to make things easier instead of doing things the right way it feels like your in middle school with all the drama around this place people constantly talking bad about one another behind there backs felt like I was in a jail cell all day no windows just a very depressing place to work defenitly not a place id reccomend trying to make a career out of the pay sucks

Good products guys. First time seeing your ignition coils and I like the insulation shell. Unfortunately several I found had cracked, beginning to form carbon tracks at 60k miles on a Total Highlander 2GR-FE. Yota dealership wouldn't look into it, so I did. I hope to come across your products again but under different circumstances.
