“Great service. Vehicles are clean and they keep up maintenance. The only issue I had is their policy that won't allow you to turn in the vehicle in another state. You have to return to the same location. The policy, however, is due to lack of constant circulation of moving vans and trucks as there is with regular car and suv rentals. It makes sense. It is a different clientele with a different set of needs.”

“Came to this particular business through a recommendation. Let me say first of all that the security measures taken seem to be great. Also the grounds inside and out are very clean. I have dealt with Patrick on two separate visits for different reasons and both times he has been a pleasure. He is very outgoing and extremely helpful. “Excellent customer service but the truck I rented had holes in the roof and taped on the outside. My insurance did not cover my damaged boxes and furniture during rain but it got me where I needed to go.. Will use them again but will not rent if the truck is damaged in anyway. It's time to update your trucks.”
