“I don't even know where to begin. My wife and I needed a truck and contacted this particular place. We reserved the truck a week ago and was to pick it up Thursday morning. On the way to retrieve the truck from North Carolina we were involved in an accident that had me life flighted to Nashville to the closest trauma 1 center. My wife was taken by ambulance to the local hospital. Needles to say our personal truck was completely totaled as we had hit a semi head on. We ended up renting a car through of course Enterprise car rental and then contacted Nat to notify him of the situation. He was very understanding and I am not going to go into full detail of everything but let me assure you that as a former business owner and a person that reviews everything there is no better customer service. Nat truly has been phenomenal and I do not say this lightly. Thank you so much to Enterprise as a whole for having our back.”
