Move in process was easy and apartment was immaculate and beautiful on move in day! Kylan and Ava were both so helpful and very professional! Apartment is safe and very quiet and we would recommend this place to everyone!

My personal experience has been excellent. All the procedures from the application to moving in have been clear, fast and efficient. The apartments are a few years old, although they are in very good condition, it shows that they are well maintained. The area is very beautiful and very quiet. I'm delighted to be there.

Amazing staff! Anytime I’ve had any issue maintenance came immediately and resolved the issue. The neighborhood is safe and has amenities for yourself and children including a great clean pool and basketball court.

Management tries hard to do all they can for tenants, keeps building power washed , hallways painted and carpet cleaned. Maintenance is all good guys that go out of there way to get things fixed

Who would have thought that securing an apartment when you are literally 8000 miles away would be a an easy process with Roxalana Apartments? I am from the Philippines before I lived in Roxalana. I had no friends/relatives to help me find a home near my workplace so I searched in Google what apartment would be suited for me. Fortunately, Roxalana Apartments was the ONLY result from the search engine from all the filters I made and it was the only apartment that allowed dogs since I also brought my dogs with me as well. At first I was scared to reach out to them because I thought they might think that I am not serious with my application. But the moment I spoke to Melanie and explained my situation that Ill be moving from another country, she was able to assist me smoothly with my application. Other conversations were made via email which were responded promptly! Roxalana Hills leasing team were able to satisfy and help me with my needs in moving to our new home. I only saw the photos of the apartment online and I did not know what to expect when seen them personally. To my surprise, the apartment unit we got is very spacious and well-maintained and all the necessary appliances were there. It really helped us adjust easily.I’ve lived for a year already and Id say that my experience here in Roxalana is superb. Maintenance people are easy to get hold of and very professional, the monthly activities are great way to help the residents to enjoy the amenities, the leasing team are very easy to talk to, and lastly, we feel safe here in this community.I think more than just a review, Id like to thank Roxalana Hills Apartments for being a part of our journey when we’re starting our lives here in US.

Every time I put in a maintenance order, they immediately help me or at least message me back to let me know when they can help me.The maintenance workers are friendly. The office workers are very friendly too.Parking is amazing. I have never had a problem getting a parking spot. Even when I have friends over, they can all park easily as well.I also love that Roxalana has events throughout the year!

The Christmas party I attended as a guest of my friends who live here was great. We had such a fun time visiting with you all. Santa, the elves and the magic show were the icing on the cake.

We are a retired couple that has lived at Roxalana Hills apartments for ten years. We love living here. We sold our house to downsize and chose to make our home here. The apartments are so spacious with house size closet and pantry spaces. This complex is maintained and managed so well. Maintenance is normally completed the same day as requested and most times they respond within an hour of placing the request. We can’t say enough good things about this complex.

I have lived in this apartment complex since 2021 and I’ve had a great experience. Maintenance is phenomenal and everyone is very helpful if there’s a problem. The complex also hosts monthly events which are usually a blast. They make a point to include residents of all ages in these events, and the effort is noticed and appreciated :)
