I can't wait to get my new Power Wheelchair from this Company and I have been waiting for over 2 Years but I only have been waiting from this Company for a couple Months and I got a Voice Mail Message from them Yesterday saying that my Family Dr had to Mail them the Paperwork instead of Faxing it to them but I don't know what the Difference is but I can't wait to get my new Power Wheelchair and I hope that it's not long

I am so happy to find National Seating & Mobility. I am newly disabled and looking for a company that can help me as I learn what I need to keep a good quality of life. Great sales and Service staff with years of knowledge in the mobility industry. I made several mistakes with purchases before I found NSM.I was experiencing issues with my power chair and NSM diagnosis was quick and repair was made the same day. I would highly recommend them for your mobility needs.

They have helped me and my son several times. First when insurance was fighting with us over a chair and again when his batteries died it was going to cost 100’s but they was able to fix the issue for free. I have never met a more friendly devoted staff!!

My husband Larry Swann, has been a customer of National Seating and Mobilities’ Dunbar branch for several years. The staff there, particularly Cyglynda, David and Charles, do a great job. They deeply care about their customers and they are dedicated to seeing that all of their customers mobility needs are met.

They sold me a power quantum 3 it was used supposed to be new theybled Medicare for s new one I caught them turned them in they withdrew the claim. Every bolt and screw has came loose ne et buy from them never got any service cookie is a lier

I have been 18 months trying to get a power wheelchair i have ALS they always blame mb Medicare but it doesn't take 18 months to get approved for this i used to sell them it never took near that long and they don't get back to you in a timely manner

They kept putting me off as far as getting a chair. Never a straight answer. I’ve waited all evening on hold to talk with them and they don’t answer. Is this anyway to conduct business? I was told by National Seating and Mobility that it had been sent to Medicare. So after all of this I got to thinking I had better call Medicare. Guess what Medicare has no record of a claim for a Mobility Chair being sent in at all. Can’t wait till I can talk to these jerks.
