It has all of the Dub V tchotchkes, trinkets and apparel one would need to remember a trip to the mountain state. I like the assortment of items and it’s appealing to locals and travelers a like. I think they have. A really genius marketing idea with the photo booth. You get the photos free once to join the mailing list. I thought that was a genius tactic. “They finally made the store accessible for everyone. Maybe new management? It’s always been so crowded in the aisles that people had to move and let other customers through to shop. They need to remove the 80% off racks and give the clothes to the Mountain Mission or homeless shelters for Veterans and abused and homeless women and children.”
“I went to MW after not finding the selection, sizing, and quality at other retailers at the time of my visits. At MW I was greeted immediately, and asked how they could help. After explaining my situation, the two young gentleman proffered several clothing suggestions and walked me through my choices, genuinely listening to my tastes and concerns. The expertise of both these gentlemen, as well as a young lady who also provided assistance was invaluable and much appreciated. “Definitely cannot say enough good things about this place. First time getting a suit and definitely lucky to drive to Charleston and find this place. I've never had a suit and didn't know how to go about it. I was greeted at the door by Eugene and after just a few minutes of talking he was pulling stuff for me to try. He didn't hesitate to change things to make sure everything was perfect. Things I thought fit and looked good he would change and it was way better. He definitely knows suits. Mr. Estep also talked a bit after I got everything and he also made the experience amazing. I was letting him know I'm just a blue color business owner and never needed a suit. He let me know he also had jeans and shirts. Some of the jeans was actually cheaper than the big stores. He made sure I was happy with everything and the price before I left. As someone who would never spend suit money on cloths, the whole experience makes me want to go back for more things. My suit is out being tailored and he made sure I would have it back in a week. Thanks for your great customer service and support. If we was in the same business I would have been trying to steal Eugene from you lol.”
