Every single employee was just so nice and quick to help when I went in yesterday. The pharmacy is short staffed and I rushed there after work to find a very long line. I waited and got through. Needed something for my daughter so of course I did. Some of the customers in this area should be absolutely ASHAMED of the way they were treating these employees. They were trying to cut off the line for the pharmacy so they could let those employees yanno, go home to their families. I saw adults skipping line, trying to sneak by, yelling at the poor people just doing their job. Have some GRACE you guys. Guess what? I waited in the line twice because that’s just what you do in a civilized community. So be one and do better.

They're customer service has improved, but still needs work. On some days keeping the shelves stocked still seems to be an issue.

I just picked up my Kroger Click List order at Dunbar Kroger. I have never gotten a wrong order at the Dunbar Kroger. I have at other Kroger locations. This service saves me so much money because I don't go in the store and pick up things I don't need. And the employees are outstanding. If you haven't tried this, the service is free through the end of the year. Thank you Dunbar Kroger!

I use the CheckList service because I am disabled. I could never spend time in the store picking up everything I need, this service is a blessing. The staff is always prompt, efficient and friendly.

It's always a struggle to get checked out and to make your way though the aisles. Between stocking and the people that are shopping in those huge blue carts, they are always blocking the aisles. I hate self checkout and if I have to check my own self out, then I should get a discount.

Went there,Saturday afternnon. My bill was close to $300.00. But that is not why I'm writing this review. The clerk finished with the lady in front of me and then she started to ring up my stuff. Machine runs out of tape. She messed with that machine for about 8-10 minutes. Finally another clerk comes over and puts in a new roll of tape, which consisted of peeling open the new roll of tape, and placing it in the machine, and then close the top. This took the guy no more than 10 seconds! I had about 8 cartons of strawberries, which she rang up, but then she picks up a HUGE package of toilet paper. She picks up the package of t/p, and literally dropped it onto some of the packages of berries! I said to her, "please don't drop stuff on to my berries", and she says NOTHING!!! No a[ology, NOTHING! The guy who was bagging was the same guy who had to show her,how to put a new roll of paper. This was my second bad experience at this Kroger, and I can assure you, there will Not be a third!

This location needs an upgrade and better daily maintenance (the floors are too dirty). The produce section is not rotated properly. I have encountered our-of-date produce, rotting produce, and fruit flies. The store often has an unpleasant odor. Perhaps this could be corrected by better cleaning of the store.

Dunbar Kroger store is very badly stocked I was shopping today and you could lay in the shelves in places they were that empty. Last 7 times I’ve been in the Kroger can coffee (blue can) has been empty. May have to start shopping at Aldi for every day items I shop now for my pork at Aldi because it is better than Kroger

Dunbar Kroger is terrible. The new management has no idea what it is doing. The shelves are never stocked and the produce is terrible. I have shopped at this store for years but the last year has been awful. The only department that is willing to help a customer is the meat department. If you are advertising an item on the 5 of $5 sale it should matter how it is packaged. To tell a customer that you will only sell the package at the advertised price is if the package has been
